Multirace.com is proud to present the 10th Annual Tradewinds Triathlon & Duathlon, held annually at beautiful Tradewinds Park in Coconut Creek, Florida. The races begin at 7:00 a.m. The triathlon consists of a 1/4 mile lake swim, 10 mile bike, and 3 mile 2-loop run on the scenic lake path, while the duathlon consists of a .75 mile run, 10 mile bike, then another 3 mile run.
